How does pricing work?
Starter is self-serve and priced per seat for 1–9 seats at $59 per seat per month, or $49 per seat billed annually, with around 100 voice minutes per seat each month. Team is priced per seat for 10–49 seats at $39 per seat per month, or $33 per seat billed annually, with 200 voice minutes per seat each month pooled across the workspace. Enterprise is custom for 50+ reps and larger or more complex rollouts.
What counts as a practice session?
A practice session is a roleplay run inside ConvinceIQ using the scenario, transcript, and scoring workflow. When your team uses live voice sessions, voice usage is counted against the workspace's pooled monthly minute allowance.
Are manager seats included?
There's no separate manager seat — managers are a role within your seats. Manager review is available on every plan, and Team and Enterprise add role-based access (user / manager / admin) for invites, permissions, and rollout. We confirm the right coverage during the discovery call so it matches your team structure.
Can we create custom scenarios?
Yes — on every plan. You build your own scenarios by customizing buyer personas (role, mood, language, and company context) and configuring product profiles, so practice stays tied to your real selling context. Team and Enterprise add training plans to assign that practice as gating or optional steps.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Pooled voice minutes reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle, so unused minutes don't carry over to the next month. Usage is shared across the whole workspace and tracked per cycle — admins can see the current total on the Subscription card in Workspace Settings. If you go past the monthly pool, usage-based overages apply.
Is there an enterprise plan?
Yes. Enterprise is custom for 50+ reps and multi-team rollout, adding API access, custom scorecards, enterprise integrations, priority support, and advanced security or review needs on top of everything in Team.
Do you offer onboarding?
Yes. Team includes onboarding help, and Enterprise can include broader rollout support. Starter buyers can still discuss onboarding needs during the demo process.
How do we get started?
Start with a discovery call and live demo. We will learn about your team, sales process, and coaching needs, then recommend the right plan and setup.
