FAQ
Answer the rollout, coaching, language, and security questions before the buying process slows down.
This FAQ is built around real buyer objections: product fit, setup effort, manager coaching, multilingual readiness, security posture, pricing, and what rollout actually involves.
FAQ
Product
Is ConvinceIQ only an AI roleplay tool?
No. ConvinceIQ is positioned as an AI practice and coaching platform for revenue teams. Practice matters, but the product also supports review, manager coaching, and workspace operations.
What kinds of conversations can teams practice today?
The current product supports realistic buyer conversations for discovery, pitch rehearsal, objection handling, and other scenario-based call practice flows shaped by buyer role, mood, language, and duration.
Can reps review what happened after a session ends?
Yes. Ended sessions stay available in Call History with transcript review, score detail, and the session context used during the practice run.
Does the platform support voice and typed interaction?
Yes. ConvinceIQ supports live voice practice and also keeps a typed fallback path in the session workflow.
FAQ
Setup
How do teams keep scenarios aligned with their actual message?
ConvinceIQ uses structured setup data such as product profiles, company profiles, and saved buyer personas so the simulator and scoring model stay tied to the team’s own selling context.
Can we reuse buyer setups instead of recreating them every time?
Yes. Buyer Personas are saved and reusable, so managers and admins can maintain a buyer library that reps select during session setup.
Can we upload source material to support setup?
Yes. Product and company profile screens support document upload, ingest, and suggested tags so teams can enrich structured setup fields from their own materials.
What happens if setup changes during a live call?
The session wizard locks the relevant controls while a session is active so the live practice context does not drift mid-call.
FAQ
Coaching and Review
How do managers coach from the platform?
Managers can review ended calls, inspect transcript and score output, and use grouped People views to look across a rep’s recent practice sessions.
Does scoring happen only at the end of the call?
No. Score snapshots refresh during active calls and run once more after the session ends, so the review loop does not start from zero at hangup.
Can we see who practiced and what still needs coaching?
Yes. Recent activity, grouped people views, and role-aware visibility help managers and admins understand who practiced and where follow-up is needed.
Can reps repeat the same practice setup after coaching?
Yes. Teams can launch another session with the same setup and use the latest score and transcript feedback to tighten execution on the next round.
FAQ
Languages
Does ConvinceIQ support multilingual practice?
Yes. The current product supports multiple voice locales, including English, Malay, Mandarin, and Cantonese flows, with review staying tied to the same coaching workflow.
Can managers still coach if the call happened in another language?
The product includes live English translation support for non-English voice practice flows so coaching can remain usable when teams work across languages.
Can locale and voice be selected per session?
Yes. Locale, voice, and related buyer settings are chosen as part of the session wizard before the call begins.
Why does language support matter for readiness?
Regional teams often need to practice the conversation as it actually happens in market. Keeping that inside one coaching workflow avoids fragmenting enablement by locale.
FAQ
Security and Privacy
How does ConvinceIQ handle workspace separation?
The platform is built around organization-scoped workspaces and tenant-aware routing so profiles, documents, invitations, and session history stay aligned with the selected workspace.
What access controls exist today?
ConvinceIQ uses Microsoft Entra sign-in and role-aware visibility so users, managers, and admins see different review and administration capabilities.
What happens to transcripts and uploaded materials?
Transcripts, profile data, and uploaded documents remain tied to the current ConvinceIQ organization workspace and the relevant setup records used by that workspace.
Can enterprise buyers review the architecture before rollout?
Yes. The public Enterprise / Security page and demo workflow can walk through current identity, tenancy, review, and deployment patterns in more detail.
FAQ
Pricing and Rollout
How does pricing work?
Every engagement starts with a discovery call and live demo. Team is $499 per month billed monthly or $399 per month billed annually, Growth is $1,250 per month billed annually, and Enterprise is custom for larger or more complex rollouts.
What counts as a practice session?
A practice session is a roleplay run inside ConvinceIQ using the scenario, transcript, and scoring workflow. When your team uses live voice sessions, voice usage is counted against the pooled minute allowance for the workspace.
Are manager seats included?
Manager review and admin workflows are part of Team and Growth. We confirm the right manager and admin coverage during the discovery call so the rollout matches your team structure.
Can we create custom scenarios?
Yes. Team already includes custom scenarios, and Growth and Enterprise add more support around templates, onboarding, and broader rollout control.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Unused pooled minutes are planned around the billing period rather than treated as an open-ended bank. We confirm expected usage, overages, and any special requirements during the buying conversation.
Is there an enterprise plan?
Yes. Enterprise is custom for 50+ reps, multi-team rollout, SSO, advanced security or review needs, onboarding, custom scorecards, and integrations.
Do you offer onboarding?
Yes. Growth includes onboarding help, and Enterprise can include broader rollout support. Team buyers can still discuss onboarding needs during the demo process.
How do we get started?
Start with a discovery call and live demo. We will learn about your team, sales process, and coaching needs, then recommend the right plan and setup.
